- All orders are shipped via USPS International Services (United States Postal Service). Every shipment comes with tracking number and shipping notification updates (via USPS website). Please note: USPS International Services have limited tracking information - they do not update every day - but they do track the order as it leaves and enters a country.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Following payment authorization, orders ship within 48 hours - pending availability. All in stock items ship within 48 hours. Made to order items ship within 1 to 2 weeks.
- IN STOCK: Means item is currently available at our warehouse and will ship within 48 hours. Items that are always in stock are jewelry, bags, and accessories and all clothing on Sale.
- MADE TO ORDER: Means item is part of our new collection designed by us and items are made to order here in the USA. Item usually ships 1 to 2 weeks after order is placed. Made to order items include all the skirts and tops (maxi skirts, midi skirts, short skirts, graphic tees)

- When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number and link to track it via the USPS website. All orders ship from Florida, USA.
- Once your order has shipped, expect delivery within 3 to 4 weeks.
- International shipping cost is based on the weight of the order. Add your desired items to the cart, as well as shipping information, and the shipping cost will be calculated in the next page. Shipping is generally $12.00 to $30.00 based on weight and destination. Email us at email@example.com if you any questions!
What happens if the an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided?
Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to change the shipping address before the order ships. If the order has shipped, we must wait for the package to be returned in order to reship the items. Customer is responsible to repay the $5.00 shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address for all orders. If we ship an item and it is returned due to an insufficient address (wrong apartment number, wrong zip code, etc). Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. If customer would like to cancel an order after it has been shipped and returned to us, customer is subject to 15% restocking fee. Original shipping cost are not refundable.
Do I have to pay return shipping if the item I received was defective or incorrect?
No, we will take responsibility if the error was on our behalf. If you received an incorrect item or size, please email us at email@example.com. We will try to fix the issue as fast as we can!
Living Social Vouchers
- FUROR MODA only issues store credit or exchanges on items purchased with a voucher within 14 days of purchase. All return shipping and exchange order shipping cost is responsibility of the customer. No refunds on original shipping costs.
- $5.00 shipping on all orders under $100.00.

- Voucher value may not be applied towards sales tax (Florida state tax) or shipping costs.

Made to Order Items
- Certain products on the site are made to order (graphic tees, skirts, dresses, and tops from our new collection)
- Due to their unique and fabulous nature, they are made to order and generally ship 1 to 2 weeks after order is placed. Email us if you have any questions!
